In this case the customer is the Good Samaritan Society, a Retirement Community in DeLand Florida.  They needed to decorate their marketing office, which was converted from an older home on their DeLand Campus.  In the marketing office they meet with prospective tenants and their families.  It is important that their guests feel right at home.  The office space needed to be functional with a feel of all the comforts of home.  Since their target audience is older retirees with a variety of care needs, we chose a strong traditional style, something that the majority of elderly people would feel right at home with.  We were careful to make sure we had as much open space as possible to accommodate  equipment such as walkers.  The conference room can easily accommodate a family coming to discuss retirement living arrangements for their loved ones, plus a intimate seating area for one on one conversations.  The additional cabinet in the conference room serves a dual purpose of providing storage plus additional built in electrical outlets to support a coffee pot or other utilities as needed.  The reception area has all the feeling of a warm and cozy living room with wide open space for easily navigation and the entry carries the decor with a small yet attractive accent table.
